We are a non-profit organization, with our fees serving to cover our operating costs. Our objective is to keep our fees as low as possible.
The fee covers the initial account management administrative costs. It is not included in the monthly fee, which reflects the true cost of using the gym for training purposes.
The gymnasium covers approximately 1,430 square feet, with a 10-foot high ceiling.
We have dumbbells, barbells, wall balls, kettlebells, benches and box jumps, with members providing their own jumping rope and yoga mat. Cardio Bikes and rower is available for winter programming.
We allocated over 100 square feet per participant, with participants having his/her equipment within their assigned station. This gives us 9 participants per session.
The number may increase slightly, but not considerably. Our objective is to offer a safe and productive training session. We may have larger groups in the summer, when we will train outside.
Participants are responsible for cleaning their station at the end of the training session. We will also disinfect the door handles, floor and rigs on a regular basis to keep the room safe.
Yes, CSSR rules have been updated and we have acces to locker rooms and restroom for you to dress before and after class.
All members must register using the gym’s application to participate in a session. This is mandatory, and no member will have access to a session unless registered.
Yes, as our membership increases, our intent is to increase the number of sessions available to our members.
Cancellation of a membership is managed on a case-by-case basis, for circumstances such as moving or a major injury. As a rule, we want our members to honour their commitment for the duration of the term.
